Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες και κάτοικοι του νησιού μας,
Προς ορθή και σαφή ενημέρωση όλων όσων ενδιαφέρονται για τις δραματικές εξελίξεις στον τόπο μας, οι περιοχές Λίνδος, Βλυχά, Ψάλτος και Πεύκοι είναι απόλυτα ασφαλείς.
Η φωτιά δεν απείλησε τα παραπάνω μέρη και ούτε κινδύνευσαν ποτέ.
Σαφώς ο φόβος και ο πόνος όλων μας για ότι συμβαίνει στο νησί μας, μας καθιστά υπεύθυνους να υπερασπιστούμε με όλες τις δυνάμεις μας την ακεραιότητα, όχι μόνο των Λινδιακών, αλλά κάθε Ροδίτη, που δίνει τη ζωή του για να σώσει το νησί μας αυτή τη στιγμή.
Η Λίνδος, σε επιχειρηματικό επίπεδο, ακολουθεί ομαλή λειτουργία και σε επίπεδο επισκεψιμότητας, ως τουριστικός προορισμός, παραμένει ασφαλής.
Το τεράστιο οικολογικό κόστος που έχει υποστεί η Ρόδος μας, ο πόνος και η ασταμάτητη προσπάθεια των Ροδιτών να σώσουν το νησί μας, θα μας στοιχειώνουν για χρόνια.
Η ψυχή των κατοίκων του νησιού έγινε παγκόσμιο παράδειγμα ανθρωπιάς!
Ας είμαστε δυνατοί και ενωμένοι να παλέψουμε μέχρι τέλους με το θηρίο της φωτιάς και να μπει ένα τέλος σε αυτόν τον εφιάλτη που ζούμε.

Dear guests and residents of our island,
We write to you today to provide accurate information about the current situation regarding the forest fires of our beloved island and specifically for the areas of Lindos, Vlycha, Psaltos and Pefki.
The fire did not threaten the aforementioned areas nor were they ever in any danger.
We want to reassure everyone that the areas of Lindos, Vlycha, Psaltos and Pefki remain safe from any threat of fire. These regions have not been impacted and their safety is our top priority.
We understand the collective fear and concern as we witness the unfolding events on our island. It is our duty to defend not only the inhabitants of the mentioned areas but every soul on this island all coming together to protect the place we call home.
Despite the challenges we face, tourism in the region of Lindos remains secure, with all necessary precautions in place to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for our guests.
The environmental impact we have witnessed has been immense and the resilience and unwavering efforts of our islanders to safeguard our home will be remembered for years to come.
Throughout this ordeal, the spirit of compassion and unity displayed by our island's people has touched the world and serves as a testament to the strength of humanity in times of adversity.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to the courageous firefighters, volunteers and all those lending a helping hand in this crisis. Their selflessness is an inspiration to us all.
With hope in our hearts and determination in our actions we will overcome this trial and emerge stronger for the sake of our beautiful island and its treasured inhabitants.
