Kick things off with the Tuna Tataki, aged ponzu, spring onion and bottarga. Follow it with the Eggplant, miso-tahini glaze, smoked eggplant foam, feta cheese snow and saffron-lemon gel. Then the Burrata with grilled plums, peaches, apricots and ginger-chili oil, because yes, it is as good as it sounds.

For mains, you have two words, Wagyu Kleftiko. Greek soul meets world-class Wagyu beef from Amarantidis Farm slow cooked with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and feta cheese foam. And right next to it, the Halibut Toban-Yaki Style with miso-yaki marinade, bok choy, edamame, yuzu juice and matcha salt.
