Dear beloved friends and customers,
For around 40 years this little place was more than our family business — it was where our summers lived. We spent every summer here waking up before dawn to prepare, laughing through long sunny days, watching children who came in bare feet become adults. Those warm months shaped us, filled our calendars with familiar faces, and made this shop a true home for so many of you.
Many of you have been with us from the very beginning; others joined along the way. Every hello, every shared story, every summer memory has become part of who we are. This past season was our final one — we will not be reopening next year as Stefanos. Saying goodbye is difficult, but we leave full of gratitude for a lifetime of summers and friendships.
