The Colonial apartments is a two story complex building consisting of 4 different apartments. You can book an apartment of your choice for your holidays.

Colonial Family Apartments are located in a quiet residential area and only 8 minutes walk to the crystal waters of Faliraki and it's nearby blue flag beaches. Its location between the ancient city of Rhodes and the historic city of Lindos, makes the perfect place for your family to enjoy. Restaurants, Clubs, Super Markets, Tourist Shops, Banks, Water sports, bungee jumping scuba diving, water par

ks and boat trips to other islands. You enter a tastefully furnished apartment through your own front door. It's truly like home away from home. The apartments are 80 square meters and the studios 50 square meters. They are all fully air conditioned/heated and can easily accommodate families of 4 and 5 persons. The apartments consist of two bedrooms each, (one bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with two single beds), 3 sofa living room, full kitchen, and the studios are of an open plan living room/bedroom and kitchen. They all have a very large balcony with a nice view. The balconies are equipped with tables and lounge chairs, where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or your evening drink. Additionally, in the apartments and studios you will find a 32' LCD television, DVD player, various books to read, telephone, full kitchen with all the cooking facilities. You can have access to modem, Internet and E-mail with your Laptop computer, right from your own room. A large pool and a pool bar is situated on the premises and free sun beds and umbrellas are available to our guests.For reservation or information, please call or e-mail us.
