Τhis year, Aktaion celebrates 80 years of history, hospitality and timeless presence in the heart of Rhodes.

The Benjamin tree - the historic tree of Aktaion stands as a living piece of that history. It was planted in the year the Dodecanese were liberated, and ever since, it has remained a symbol of memory, continuity and enduring spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr Theofanis Bogiannos, historian and licensed guide of Rhodes, as well as a member of the International Society of Greek Writers, for his presence, his invaluable knowledge, and his dedication to preserving the history and timeless soul of Aktaion.

Through his words, Aktaion comes to life once again.
