Dear friends,

Today, we close our restaurant for the summer season, and I want to thank each of you for making this first year so special. Your support, laughter, and the wonderful moments we’ve shared have made it an incredible journey.

I’m proud of what we’ve built here and grateful for every kind word and smiling face that’s passed through our doors. This winter, I’m excited to continue growing and developing new ideas, all in preparation for an even better experience next year.

Thank you for everything. I can't wait to welcome you back next season!

Αγαπητοί φίλοι,

Σήμερα κλείνουμε το εστιατόριο για τη θερινή σεζόν και θέλω να σας ευχαριστήσω όλους για το ότι κάνατε την πρώτη μας χρονιά τόσο ξεχωριστή. Η υποστήριξή σας, τα γέλια σας και οι όμορφες στιγμές που μοιραστήκαμε έκαναν αυτό το ταξίδι απίστευτο.

Είμαι περήφανος για ό,τι χτίσαμε εδώ και ευγνώμων για κάθε καλό λόγο και κάθε χαμόγελο που πέρασε από τον χώρο μας. Φέτος το χειμώνα ανυπομονώ να συνεχίσω να εξελίσσομαι και να αναπτύσσω νέες ιδέες, προετοιμάζοντας κάτι ακόμα καλύτερο για την επόμενη σεζόν.

Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα. Ανυπομονώ να σας καλωσορίσω ξανά την επόμενη χρονιά!
