Ιστορίες από το Meze Academy, με τον Τζίμη. 😂

Greek salad, warm pita, dips in the middle. Forget who ordered what—this table is for sharing. 🫒

One platter arrives, another follows right behind it, and somehow there is always room for one more meze. 😄

Φιλοξενία — welcoming someone with warmth and generosity, making them feel at home even when they are far from it.

Παράδοση — the customs, flavours and stories passed from one generation to the next.

Μεράκι — putting a piece of yourself into what you create, with love, care and soul.

Φιλότιμο — doing what is right with honour, kindness and generosity, without needing to be asked.

Φιλοσοφία — not simply a way of thinking, but a way of understanding and living life.

Five Greek words that describe much of what Meze Academy is all about.
