🌿 We’re looking for a few new family members

Join Sails on Kos, a family‑run boutique glamping resort on the idyllic island of Kos. Set on peaceful farmland with 28 upscale tents, an in‑house restaurant and bar. It’s a place where nature and hospitality come together.

We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic people with a European passport to join our summer team (season from ASAP through October). If you love nature, community, guest happiness, and the idea of spending a summer by the sea, this might be your next adventure.

At Sails on Kos, you’ll be part of a friendly, international team, living and working in an inspiring island setting where your contributions truly matter and the rhythms of nature shape each day.

Applicants must hold a European passport and feel comfortable in an adventurous, outdoor‑oriented environment, as you’ll be fully immersed in the glamping lifestyle.
