🌿Η εποχή της συγκομιδής της ελιάς έχει ξεκινήσει και είναι μια μαγική διαδικασία γιατί ξεκινάει μαζί και η παραγωγή του ελαιόλαδου, ένα αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της Μεσογειακής μας διατροφής. Έτσι και εμείς στο Nektaria΄s kitchen χρησιμοποιούμε αγνό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο δίκης μας παραγωγής.

🫒Happy world olive tree day!

Today is world olive oil day and I want to take you to my village, Kavousi Lasithiou, where the oldest olive tree in Europe dominates!
It is a natural monument and it is the oldest olive tree in the world. In fact, it is grafted onto wild rootstock, making it the oldest specimen of grafting around the world.

ΔΕΚΑΠΕΝΤΑΥΓΟΥΣΤΟΣ: ΤΟ ΠΑΣΧΑ ΤΟΥ ΚΑΛΟΚΑΙΡΙΟΥ
Είναι μια από της μεγαλύτερες γιορτές της Ορθοδοξίας και αφιερωμένος στην Παναγία!
Ένα σύντομο οδοιπορικό στις Παναγίες της Ελλάδας, σίγουρα θα περιλαμβάνει μία στάση στην Παναγία Σουμελά, που το όνομά της συμπυκνώνει εμβληματικά όλη τη χριστιανική ιστορία του Ποντιακού Ελληνισμού, τα ηρωικά κατορθώματα των Ακριτών και την Αυτοκρατορία των Μεγαλοκομνηνών της Τραπεζούντας, καθώς και το κλέος και την κουλτούρα τους. Επίσης, στην Παναγία Ευαγγελίστρια της Τήνου, που αποτελεί το σημαντικότερο χριστιανικό προσκύνημα μετά τον Πανάγιο Τάφο και βέβαια το συγκρότημα του Αγίου Όρους, το περίφημο Περιβόλι της Παναγίας. Τέλος, στην Παναγία Εκατονταπυλιανή της Πάρου, ο εντυπωσιακός ναός της οποίας αποτελεί ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα ιερά προσκυνήματα όλου του ελληνικού χώρου, η δε ονομασία του, σύμφωνα με την παράδοση, παραπέμπει στις 99 φανερές πύλες της εκκλησίας, ενώ η 100ή θα φανερωθεί με το άνοιγμα αντίστοιχης μυστικής πόρτας, που βρίσκεται στην Αγία Σοφία στην Κωνσταντινούπολη.
