Stavros Tsikalas began his culinary journey in 2009 in Brighton, UK, where he discovered his passion for cooking through hands-on, non-professional experience. Driven by creativity and a desire for improvement, he returned to his homeland of Crete (Heraklion), determined to turn his passion into a career. He pursued formal training at the Vocation

al Training Institute (IEK) of Heraklion, where he spent two years studying culinary arts under some of Crete’s most respected chefs. Through dedication, discipline, and continuous learning, Stavros steadily developed his skills and professional mindset. With over 13 years of experience in professional kitchens, Stavros has built his career through hard work, consistency, and personal sacrifice, always focused on becoming better each day. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and humility, Stavros believes in motivating younger cooks through example, teamwork, and respect. He remains committed to learning from the best, staying loyal to his colleagues, and pushing his own limits in the culinary field.
