Patima is a vision to bring the pure olive oil on to the market while achieving a better price for the farmers. The operation works with a yearly expression of the wished quantities of the buyer group, family or restaurant, between December and January. After determine the quality of the famer harvest of the year, the two places agree for the price. Patima is role to control the quality, send samp

les if it is required, bottle, package and ship the product to the buyer. Our buyers can be groups of individuals who want to spread the bottles further on other individuals. Families and restaurants are also good cooperators as they can achieve their yearly supplies for them and their friends in good price and in an excellent pure quality. Shipping solutions are developed in order to meet the demand of these quantities, 40 to 100 litters and 100 to 400 litters. Shipping procedure last three weeks and includes the time of bottling, payments are made before with the issue of an Invoice from the farmer. Bottling period usually starts at the end of February begin of March. You should better place your required quantities from November because in that time harvest begins, till January where harvest ends and farmers wish to schedule their cash flow for the next period. Samples from the fresh olive oil in that period can be send with the cost of the freight only.
