Η ιστορία του Foyer ξεκινά τον Μάιο του 2015... Η αγάπη μας για τον καλό καφέ και τις σπιτικές λιχουδιές μας έδωσαν το κίνητρο να ξεκινήσουμε μια νέα προσπάθεια!

Βάλαμε στόχο να προσφέρουμε σε όλους τους πελάτες μας καφέ και ροφήματα υψηλών προδιαγραφών, τα οποία προετοιμάζονται από τους άρτια καταρτισμένους baristi μας. Ακριβώς γιατί σεβόμαστε τον καφέ ως προϊόν και θέλοντας να είμαστε σίγουρο

ι ότι όλα γίνονται σωστά από τη στιγμή που θα φυτευτεί το δέντρο στη φάρμα μέχρι τη στιγμή που θα φτάσει στο ποτήρι σας, συνεργαζόμαστε με την Taf Coffee, μια ελληνική εταιρεία, από τις καλύτερες και πιο αναγνωρίσιμες εταιρείες Specialty Coffee στον κόσμο.

Και επειδή, όμως, σίγουρα θα πεινάσετε, ο σεφ μας φτιάχνει κάθε μέρα με φρέσκα και διαλεχτά υλικά, σάντουιτς, κουλούρια, τάρτες, γλυκά και πολλά άλλα ανάλογα με την έμπνευσή του!

Αρκετά είπαμε, όμως... Δεν έχετε παρά να έρθετε για να μας δοκιμάσετε και να μοιραστούμε μαζί σας το πάθος μας για τον καφέ!

Our .zancanella_ is officially the new Italy Brewers Cup Champion (just in case you somehow missed our 4,000 previous posts).

This Sunday 29/3, from 12:00 to 15:00, she’ll be brewing her winning coffee at Foyer; and we mean the exact same experience: same coffee, same technique, same recipe, same water, same cups… everything.

We’re bringing you as close as possible to her championship cup.

The only catch? Quantities are very limited, so we can’t guarantee there’ll be enough for everyone.

If you don’t want to miss it, come early!
