“If you look for it, I’ve got a sneaky feeling you’ll find that love actually is all around.” Now that the winter chill and pre-Christmas smoke filled parties have our eyes watering, we look back on a project we did back in spring for Artelac Eyedrops. It was so much fun recreating this iconic holiday film scene in an illustrated format and playing with exaggeration to portray allergy symptoms.

Preserving, protecting, and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Cyprus and the Aegean islands! 🏛️🌊 This project dives into the historical journey of these two regions, documenting and showcasing monuments that share a common cultural history. 📜💎 Join us in this adventure as we unravel the shared historical timeline of these regions, highlighting the strong influences and changes they underwent during the Middle Ages. 🏰

This fun project we completed in late 2022 portrays the timeless story of Greece’s favorite retsina, Malamatina. We trace the steps of a young girl born on the distant island of Tenedos, compelled to leave her homeland and embark on a new life, ultimately confronting tomorrow with newfound joy. The video seamlessly blends traditional illustrations with real-life footage and photographs, creating a collage of assorted media.

2022 throwback- "Changing continent, changing destiny, fail and try again and again until the whole world knows your name!” John West, founder of the famous tuna brand, knew a thing or two about perseverance.
Wasting no time, we tried to infuse the same spirit of restlessness in this launch video for the brand in the Greek market. Fun and inventiveness were two key concepts on our design and animation process, always crucially bonded with a sense of tradition.
Exotic plants, horrific sea monsters, vintage furniture, Scottish banners and old maps!

Summer throwback--One more for our Artelac series of videos- an homage to the legendary series (and later film) Baywatch. The intro to the series featured a signature montage of beach scenes, the spirit of which we’ve tried to keep while enriching it with the insertion of illustrated elements. Drawing inspiration from iconic characters of the show and molding them into their illustrated alter-egos was a fun summer exercise as the temperatures rose. Look at them run in slo mo and remember the show aired in 1989!
