If the greek gods had a rooftop, this would be it. Watch which one matches your order.
Dionysus → Elysium Zombie: Multiple rums, spiced, sweet and sour, nothing subtle about it. The boldest pour on the menu, made for someone who never plays it safe.
Aphrodite → Sun Burn: Lychee, watermelon, lemongrass, soft and pretty in the glass. The one everyone photographs before they taste.
Athena → Blinding Lights: Gin, Cointreau, Amaro Montenegro, quince and kumquat, balanced and a little unexpected. Ordered by someone who already knows what they want.
Ares → Spicy Mango Mule: Tequila, mango, ginger b**r, heat with an edge. Made for the guest who likes a little fight in the glass.
Hermes → Under Control: Gin, elderflower, limoncello, light and low calorie, quick to finish, quicker to order another.
