Κάπου ανάμεσα στην καθημερινότητα του Κουκακίου και την κίνηση των επισκεπτών της πόλης, στη Δημητρακοπούλου και σε πολύ μικρή ακτίνα από το Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης, το Esthio σερβίρει από το 2023, όντας το πιο φρέσκο από τα εστιατορικά παιδιά του εξαίρετου δημιουργού Έλβι Δημήτρη Ζύμπα.
Ο τελευταίος, φαίνεται να βρίσκει εδώ τη μαγειρική του ανεμελιά αλλά και την ελευθερία, πια, να δομήσει μια fine comfort μπιστρονομική κουζίνα που βασίζεται στα γούστα και τις καταβολές του, δίχως φόβο και πάθος.
