Big News: We’re Moving! 🌽✨

Atole is getting a new home! After an amazing run at our current spot, we’re packing up and relocating to a fresh new space—and we seriously can’t wait to share it with you.

We’ll be reopening in fall/winter 2025, with the same cozy vibes, delicious food, and all the heart you’ve come to expect (plus a few new surprises!).

Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us so far—this next chapter is going to be something special. Stay tuned for updates, sneak peeks, and maybe a few taste tests along the way. 😉

I am very honored that our work at Atole is appreciated, bearing in mind that one of our tasks is to change the perception, the Greek public has on Mexican gastronomy, that is, its difference from the Tex-Mex one.
I am very happy that mr. Deligiannis (), mr. Mitselis () and of course our beloved mrs.Tsichlaki, understood from the beginning and encouraged us to keep this identity, our identity as Atole, a true Mexican restaurant in the heart of Athens.

A new version of our tostada will be featured soon on our menu.
Semi-cured fish of the day, lacto-fermented tomatillo salsa, avocado & tajin 🔥

Black or purple carrots have a distinct earthy and sweet flavor like no other root vegetable.
At atole, we slow roast them in our wood-fire oven and serve them with our own salsa macha and an acidic sesame crema full of Mexican spices 🔥

Our take on chicken and one of our favorite dishes!
Free-range chicken, salsa verde & pickles 🔥
We let the chicken rest overnight on a white tea & hoja santa brine and then we roast it on our wood-fire oven.
As for our secret salsa verde, herbs, aromatics, more herbs and more aromatics!
