Retaining our star in the MICHELIN Guide 2027 means a great deal to us. Behind this recognition are years of persistence, attention to detail, and the daily effort required to maintain this level and keep improving.
Every member of our team has helped bring us here. In the kitchen and on the floor & beyond, their care, discipline, and determination shape every evening at Hervé.
