Three years of Makris Athens. Built through people, ingredients, collaborations, and the rhythm of the kitchen.

Over the years, Makris Athens received recognitions including Michelin Star 2024, Red Star by Star Wine List, Golden Cups, and 3 FNL Stars, honouring the experience created around the table.

But beyond every distinction, the philosophy remained the same, to create a restaurant deeply connected to the ingredient, hospitality, and the experience shared around the table.
