Today marks 4 years in our current Piece of Cake Boutique Bakery… and 14 years since I first began this incredible journey. 🎂✨

Fourteen years of early mornings, late nights, endless stress ,celebrations, challenges, lessons, and so many unforgettable memories.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that this business isn’t easy. Owning an independent bakery takes resilience, determination, and a lot of heart. Recently, we’ve seen many talented cake businesses—both here in Gibraltar and further afield—close their doors. It really is a reminder of just how tough this industry can be.

That’s why today isn’t something I take for granted.

I feel incredibly proud that we’re still here, still creating, still celebrating your special moments, and still doing what we love every single day.

None of this would have been possible without you. Whether you’ve ordered one cupcake or trusted us with your wedding cake, shared our posts, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on… you’ve helped keep this little bakery going.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every order, every kind word, and every bit of support over the last 14 years.

I am extremely fortunate to have amazing staff also still here to celebrate after so many years- they are also the most incredible warriors and the best team a business can ask for , I’m grateful for them every day and I tell them! ( that’s why they stay!😅)
