Grilled fish
Recipe
-Any fish of your choice
-pepper
-onions
-Thyme
-Garlic
-Paprika
-Ginger
-salt
-Seasoning cube
-Vegetable Oil

Procedure
1)Pat the fish dry with a paper towel & score it(make deep cut through the flesh

2)Mix the spices, salt, seasoning and vegetable oil

3)Brush the mixture into the into the fish

4)Grill the fish for
15-20mins or until cooked

5)Cut your pepper & onions,then roast it,Then blend after into a smooth paste

6)Brush the pepper paste on the fish with a little oil

7)Grill for another 5mins
