As promised, We presents the full judgment in the case between Henry Nii Yebuah Nortey and Nii Nortey Adjovi II, concerning the issue of who is the legitimate Dzaasetse of Osu Ashante Blohum.

This follows the public comments made by Nii Nortey Otututse II in an interview some months ago regarding the judgment. Subsequently, Nii Yebuah Nortey and his son, Nii Nortey also granted an interview in which they publicly stated that there was no court ruling against Henry Nii Yebuah Nortey.

As promised, we are therefore making the full judgment available so that members of the public can read the court's decision for themselves and draw their own conclusions from the actual record.

We urge everyone to read the judgment in its entirety and to distinguish the court's actual findings and orders from statements or interpretations made by any individual.

Over the weekend some of our members together with the Osu Ashante Blohum Dzaase, attended the burial service of the late Felicia Naa Odofoley Nortey.

The late Felicia Naa Odofoley Nortey was the daughter of the late Nii Nortei Agbo I, who served as the first Kotobabi Mantse.

We joined the bereaved family, traditional authorities, friends and loved ones to mourn her passing and celebrate her life and legacy.

May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace and may the Almighty grant the bereaved family strength and comfort during this difficult time

We had initially decided not to respond to the interview granted by Nii Yebuah and his son, Nii Nortey concerning the interview granted by Nii Nortey Otututse II about a month ago.

In that interview, Nii Nortey Otututse II stated that there is a ruling concerning Henry Nii Yebuah Nortey, which indicates that he is not the legitimate Dzaasetse and that Nii Nortey Adjovi II is the legitimate Dzaasetse.

However, Nii Yebuah and his son have stated publicly that there is no such ruling against Henry Nii Yebuah Nortey.

In the interest of truth, transparency and allowing the public to make an informed understanding of the matter, we will therefore make the full judgement available for the public to examine for themselves.

We believe the contents of the judgement should speak for themselves.
