This might just be the very first Jiro-style ramen to open in Africa.

Across the world, in any era and in any situation, feeding the person in front of you is always an act of good. It’s only when people are full that they can think about the future and talk about their dreams. That’s why we want everyone to first leave satisfied with a bowl of ramen.

Starting next month, Japanese head chef will be moving to Ghana to begin making the ramen shop.

YOOFIN 1st Anniversary🙏🏾🎊（English below）

こんにちは！
なんと本日4月21日（日）、YOOFINオープンから1周年を迎えることができました！！！

日々トラブルや壁にぶつかるガーナで、無事この日を迎えられたのは、お店に遊びにきてくれる方、日本から応援してくれている方、頼もしいスタッフたち、皆さまのおかげです。いつも本当に本当にありがとうございます！

まだ至らないことばかりのお店であり自分ですが、2年目は来てくれたお客さまにもっと満足していただけるよう、改善すべきところをより良くし、スタッフ一同精進していきます。

またおかげさまで2号店もスタートできており、５月5日より日曜営業（2号店のみ）も始めることになりました。ぜひ遊びに来てくれたら嬉しいです！

あらためて、いつも見守ってくれている皆さまには心から感謝しております。未熟者ではありますが、今後面白いことをもっと仕掛けていくので、これからもどうぞよろしくお願いします😊

Today marks the first anniversary of YOOFIN's opening!!

We are able to celebrate this day safely thanks to all of you, the people who come to visit us and our reliable staff. Thank you very much for all your support.

I am still not perfect, but in the second year, I will continue to improve and make the restaurant the best it can be so that our customers will be even more satisfied with their visit.

Also, thanks to your support, we have been able to start our Second shop in East legon, and we will start opening on Sundays (East legon only) from May 5th. We hope you will come and visit us!

Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you who have always been watching over us. Have a good weekend😊

PRE-OPENING!!!

We are excited to announce the pre-opening of our new shop! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has always supported us.

While there are still many unfinished aspects and we are taking a slow start, if it's okay with you, please come visit the shop😊

We would appreciate it if you could provide feedback during this trial period. We want to gradually upgrade and improve based on everyone's opinions.

This time, we are taking on the challenge in an area called East Legon, where Japanese cuisine hasn't made much progress yet. Rather than being known as KARAAGE IZAKAYA, we aim to establish the image of a JAPANESE RESTAURANT . We have expanded our Japanese menu to offer a more diverse selection. We are working to create a great food brand that will be loved by new customers too!

The number of staff has also increased, reaching a total of 26 people, including two restaurants and a poultry farm. The responsibility to make it a sustainable business is growing. We need to build a brand that makes our staff proud to work at YOOFIN.
