Position: Professional Chef

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu
2. Assist in menu planning and recipe development
3. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
4. Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, and safety.
5. Maintain an organized and clean kitchen environment

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a professional kitchen for at least 1 year
2. Strong understanding of hygiene standards and food safety
3. Excellent culinary skills and creativity, especially expertise in jollof making
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
