We’re incredibly happy to share that BNKR has been named one of the Top 100 Coffee Shops in Europe.

This means a lot to us.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has been with us - to our regulars, to everyone who values our professional approach to coffee, and to everyone who comes not only for the coffee, but also for the warm atmosphere that makes BNKR what it is.

Every day we work, learn, study, improve, experiment, and try to become a better version of ourselves - all to keep making coffee and experiences that feel worth coming back for.

It’s a real honor, and it gives us even more optimism and energy to keep moving forward.

The story of the Pomegranate Chemex goes back to the very beginning of BNKR.

This drink was created by the founder of the coffee shop as one of the very first signature variations — an attempt to approach coffee differently, without losing respect for the taste of the bean itself. A coarse grind was brewed with hot pomegranate juice, resulting in a drink with a truly recognizable character: fresh, vibrant, layered, and at the same time surprisingly complete.

Over time, this unusual brewing method — with, of course, many details carefully kept behind the scenes — became one of the most recognizable drinks at BNKR Coffee Shop. For many people, it was their very first introduction to BNKR, and in a way, the Pomegranate Chemex became part of our identity.

Today we call this drink BNKR RED.

The original recipe has remained unchanged, while the preparation process has been adapted for larger volumes: it is now produced in bigger batches at our production facility. Even so, it has kept everything people loved about it from the very beginning — its elegance, freshness, and signature flavor character.

17 июня в кофейне BNKR состоится открытие выставки Светы Ивановой «Вода и камень» и встреча с художником.

Света Иванова – станковый и книжный график, живописец. Родилась в Петербурге, сейчас живет в Тбилиси. Член Союза художников России. Оформила 12 книг, в том числе «Роман с кокаином» М.Агеева, детские стихи Пастернака, Заболоцкого, Ренаты Мухи и Вадима Левина, сказки Людмилы Петрушевской, французские народные сказки. Персональные выставки проходили в Петербурге, Москве, Париже, Амстердаме, Таллинне. Работы находятся в частных собраниях многих стран мира.
А еще Света, мама супер творческого Кирилла Иванова, основателя группы СБПЧ, и он тоже придет поддержать открытие!

«Тема Светы Ивановой - Петербург, увиденный с берегов разных рек и мостов. Автору идеально удается питерская обшарпанность, дома как будто обживаются извне, глазом, который делает каждый сантиметр пространства уютным, живым. Возможно, дело в том, что Света иллюстрирует детские книги и эта близость к миру, в котором любые предметы оказываются с нами заодно, дает о себе знать…».

Friends! Last night’s party was legendary🧡

Thank you for the atmosphere! It got so hot in the middle of the DJ set that our amplifier literally burned out, and we had to finish the evening in silence 🤦🏼‍♀️

BNKR 4 years in Georgia!

Four amazing years with coffee, experiments, familiar faces, new ideas, signature drinks, our cats, and the atmosphere that made BNKR what it is.

What started as a coffee shop became something much bigger for us - a place with its own rhythm, character, and community.
Thank you to everyone who has been with us through these years: those who came in once, those who stayed, those who worked with us, supported us, believed in us, and kept coming back.

We’re celebrating 4 years of BNKR in Georgia and for us it’s not just a date, but an important reminder of how much can grow from one idea, a lot of work, and a real love for coffee.
