The house is an open plan house with a separate downstairs apartment, all in typical Caribbean style but with a quirky touch. Quietly located just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from St Georges town centre, within easy reach of both the south and east coast beaches of the island. The property was completed in 2011, built in a tranquil location on Fort Jeudy. It is right on the waterfront with the beach giving direct access to the bay for swimming and fishing. As you enter the house your view goes through the lounge and dining area out onto the patio and gazebo, the infinity edge pool and the sea beyond. The house consists of 4 bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge as well as a separate apartment with its own balcony situated directly at the waterfront. Every one of the rooms is beautifully furnished in Caribbean colours and tropical prints and pictures complete the décor. The Apartment is on ground level below the house and pool and accessed separately through the garden or steps along the side of the house. It offers another open plan living space with a kitchen area, double bed, lounge and dining area, toilet, shower and separate dressing area. So the perfect place if you need some space to yourselves. For Christmas and New Year 15.12.-09.01. the cost of renting the entire house and apartment is US$12.000 per week. Any rental over this period must be for 14 nights. All rates are per week and subject to 10% island tax.
