Coconut Sugar Cakes not my recipe but it works.

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups grated coconut
1 tsp mixed essence
Bay leaf
Cinnamon powder
Food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

Boil sugar, bay leaf, and water to form a light syrup.
Add grated coconut, cinnamon, mixed essence, and food coloring.
Cook until the mixture pulls away from the pan. Remove from heat and beat for a few minutes.
Drop spoonfuls onto a greased sheet and cool until hardened.

Tip: Make separate batches for different colors.

Melting moments
5 cups flour
500 g margarine
1 cup icing sugar
2 tsp essence of your choice( I prefer orange or lemon essence)
1 egg yolk

Method
Melt Margarine and add icing sugar mix well,add essence and egg yolk and give it a good mix, add flour one cup at a time until its soft use a piping bag and a big nozzle and decorate with jelly tots sweets on top you can even boil jam and pour it when done baking

Ginger biscuits
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
7tsp ground ginger 4TBS white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar
200g Golden syrup 250g margarine

Mix Flour, baking powder,sugar, ginger,rub in margarine,make a hole in the middle add syrup and mix

Make small round balls and bake ♥️♥️
Red velvet biscuits
2 cups coconut
2 and 1/2 cup cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
250g margarine
2 tsp vanilla or caramel essence
2-4 Tablespoons crimson pink food colouring

Method mix margarine and sugar,add essence and food colouring, add flour and coconut,rub in butter, roll your dough with a Rolling pin and scrap the top using a fork(I use a took pick or skewer)use a round cutter to cut and bake

Lemon creams
5 cups flour
500g margarine
1 cup icing sugar
2 tsp lemon essence

Method
Melt Margarine and add icing sugar mix well,add essence aand give it a good mix, add flour one cup at a time until its soft,Roll your dough and flat and pork using fork and cut using Square cutter

Recipe for Muffins

4 cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
4 Large eggs
1 and 1/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon essense of your choice
2 cups milk
1 Cup Vegetable oil(Cooking oil)

Method

Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees.
Cream(Mix) sugar, eggs and oil, add essence and milk and continue to mix.
From another bowl mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the wet ingredients one cup at the time, mix till smooth
Pour the mixture into greased muffin pan and bake till golden brown( you can also use paper cups)

This easy chocolate cake will keep you busy. Try it ❤

Chocolate cake!@

1 3/4 cups allpurpose flour!@
2 cups sugar!@
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa !@
11/2 tsp baking soda !@
1/2 tsp baking powder!@
1tsp salt!@
2 eggs !@
1 cup milk!@
2 tsp vanilla !@
1/4 cup butter!@
1/4 cup oil!@
1 cup hot water!@

Add flour ,cocoa salt, baking powder and baking soda to a large bowl mix well .
In another bowl add eggs milk vanilla, butter and oil mix well.
Now add dry batter to the wet batter mix well then add the cup of hot water.

Pour into a 9 inch pan bake at 350 degrees for about 40 _ 45 miniutes or until knife comes out dry .

2 egg cherry almond cake

11/2 cups of sifted flour
1 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp orange rind
1/2 cup cherry apple juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup slivered almonds, plus more for topping
1/2 cup chopped cherries, plus more for topping

combine flour with baking powder and cinnamon, reserve 1/4 cup, set aside cream butter and sugar at high speed, when doubled in volume add eggs one at a time in 1 minute intervals, add essence and orange rind. reduce speed alternate flour mixture with juice. add 1/4 cup of flour mixture to the almonds and cherries. coat well, fold into batter, pour into a small 8 inch well greased and floured tin. top with almonds and cherries and bake at 350F for 40 mins.
