Self-care Sunday, Grenada style. 💧🌿🇬🇩
I doh usually share too much of this side of me…
But with the seasons shifting, I feeling that transition too.
So maybe it’s time I share more of the practices that keep me grounded the stillness, the water, the breath, the spiritual work, the little rituals that bring me back to myself; Peace.

Today was simple:
Cold water. Bush. Silence. Release.
Sometimes self-care ain’t adding more.
Sometimes is washing off what yuh cyah carry into the next season.

ELEMENT: 💧 WATER

He bring doubles.
Fair exchange. 😂

Then ah gone back in de land, sit down quiet, and do de important part…
quality control. 😭🔥

Local food feeding local business.
Local business feeding local people.

Dat is how we build we own economy one bucket, one doubles, one link at ah time.

Cucumber does look simple…

but simple doh mean basic. 🌿🥒

Full ah water, cool for de body, fresh from de vine, and easy on yuh system.

Out here, we doh just grow food.

We grow hydration.
We grow nourishment.
We grow medicine in everyday form.

And sometimes de best thing for yuh body…

does be hanging right dey in de garden, waiting on yuh.

Fresh. Local. Alive.

Dat is de kind ah food I believe in.
