We just wanted to keep you in the loop with what is going on at The White Lion!
After almost a month of being in the pub and really getting stuck in, we have made the decision to close the kitchen from today until 20th August to give it the time and attention it deserves. The bar is staying open as normal, so come in, grab a drink and say hi!
Behind the scenes we have got a lot happening. New equipment arriving, maintenance and servicing being done, brand new menus in the works and some genuinely exciting new experiences that we cannot wait to share with you. We wanted to do this properly, and that means giving it the space to happen.
We know it is not ideal timing, and we appreciate every single one of you for bearing with us while we get everything right.
The good news? On the 14th and 15th August, the brilliant Cluck & Griddle are taking over with a pop up, so you are going to want to be in for that one.
And when we do reopen the kitchen, we will be fully loaded and ready to make the second half of the year something really special, including the announcement of our Chrismas plans!
Thank you so much for your patience and your support. It genuinely means everything to us.
