6 YEARS OF NORTH SOUTH

We opened our doors 6 years ago, today! So we had a look back at what we've learnt over the past 6 years. Inspired by a post from

1. Suppliers. Absolute legends:




brewing

2. A bit of out personalities; Spice Girls Tshirts, our own beer (with THAT quote IYKYK), Up Norf, Daan Saaf, coffee named after the infamous Jeffrey 🐶, beers from our favourite place & an eclectic playlist.

3. It's true. Cups and glassware are forever on order

4. Things don't break on a Monday morning. Like, ever.

5. Skills can be developed, personalities can't. Especially Laurens, she's a Class A weird.

6. Ask any of the team and they could rhyme off the names of at least 7 dog customers and their personalities.

7. I know that's more than 6! But at the end of the day, when you email, review, tag us on instagram, it's always just two people sat on the sofa at the end of the day who see it and appreciate every bit of support. Or at least it was, before two kids, now it's two tired people running between rooms at bedtime, who see and appreciate it. But either way...
