The lastest batch of brownies have just come out of the oven. To add to our tantalising range, we now have millionaire short bread and Jaffa cake brownies. Also available are our range of Italian cannolis, which come from Naples every week. Perfect with a cup of our amazing single origin coffee.

Big 2nd hand clothes sale here over 3 afternoons..

Thursday 8th June, Tuesday 13th June & Thursday 15th June from 4.30pm until 6pm!

There will be different clothes added each day and nothing will be over £10!

I’ll be still serving coffees & brownies so you can grab yourself something while you have a browse!

Cash only for the clothes but there’s a cash point just down the road at OneStop!

Hope to see some of your lovely faces down here grabbing some bargains! 🤍

Some of you will of been waiting for this post or wondering when the time would come it would appear.
And here it is..
I would of loved to of announced it to you all first but think the new owners were just far too excited to get the news out they posted before I got the chance.

But from the 29th July Bison will have new owners moving in!

Don’t worry up until my very last day of Friday 28th July nothing will change! I will still be here for chats, laughter & love and we still have plenty of time for that and plenty of time to get to see you all!

I had massive boots to follow leading on from Hil and like I said from the beginning it was never trying to step into someone else shoes but making my own path some how at Bison, so I hope I made her proud in my journey and I hope I did that for you all too!
Customers became friends and memories truely have been made and I want to thank all of you for making that possible.
You have been here for me like I have been here for you, providing the coffee of course! But I hope if nothing else I have been an ear to listen in those hard times but an embracer for the good times too!

All my gorgeous students who have gone through uni coming in to Bison I will be here until the end as I’m still here graduation week! So please bring your mum, dad, gran and whoever else in for one last goodbye on that week because hopefully Bison has been as bigger part of your experience as you all have been for mine.

My regulars and all those other gorgeous faces I get to see on a daily basis, I genuinely love you all and you make my days constantly!
Especially when there’s a dog in tow, there’s no hiding how much your dogs brighten up my days! 🐶

28th July is the last day with me so let’s make every day count until then! ☀️

(Rufus was my moral support from day 1 so obviously had to get involved in this post somehow 😂)

Loads of people recently have come in & been surprised we have indoor seating..

WE HAVE PLENTY!

If you are a bigger group we have our gorgeous cosy upstairs with bigger tables too!

This is also available to hire out seperately, so if anyone is looking for something like a private midweek meeting space or a place to host a fun little club meet of some sort for around 10-15 people give me a message for more info ⭐️

Cold Brew is back in the Bison House!

But this time it’s with the ever wonderful Bison Exclusive!

We know you love this super tasty Ethiopian tasting of Mango - Raspberry - Marmalade so thought let’s do the cold brew with it for you lovely lot!

Waiting for warmer, sunnier times to bring out the tonic & lime combo again with it.

But as it is, is just perfect! 👌🏼

As some of you may or may not have seen yet, Bison is sadly up for sale.
A change in my circumstances means it’s time for me to let it go.
I am hoping some lovely person wants to take it on as it is so Bison can remain the beautiful thing it is.
I am not closing the doors and will remain open for as long as I am here, for you all to enjoy and for me to see your lovely faces!

But I would just like to say a massive Thankyou as always to each and every single one of our lovely customers and friends for your constant support & love since I took over. Many customers really have become friends who I love. You will never truly know what it means to me.
So thank you from the very bottom of my heart.

Morning gorgeous people!

The brighter mornings are coming & I am loving it!

Loads of coffee on our retail shelf from the wonderful and the amazing , plenty of brownies in our cabinet from the awesome and of course loads of our bagels to be had!
