Introducing our new Executive Chef, Gavin Swift.

Formerly Chef Patron at The Grantley Arms, and prior to that spending over six years at Grantley Hall, Gavin brings a wealth of experience from some of the North of England’s most celebrated kitchens, including The Coach House at Middleton Lodge, Aysgarth Falls Hotel, and The George at Wath.

Now joining us at Bosun’s, Gavin’s cooking is rooted in seasonal, ingredient-led dishes, inspired by the very best of Yorkshire produce and shaped by his travels around the Mediterranean and the British Isles.
