π₯’ Wok Away β Where my chef story began.
Every chef has a story, and this is where mine began.
Back in 2009, at Wok Away in Bucharest, Romania, I was learning, working hard and building the foundations of my culinary journey. Working at the wok taught me the importance of heat, timing, technique and respect for the ingredients.
At the time, I didn't know exactly where this journey would take me. I just knew that I loved cooking and wanted to keep learning.
From the wok in Bucharest to Japanese cuisine, sushi and eventually building my own business in the UK, every kitchen has been part of the journey.
Today, I'm proud to continue that passion at Daniel Sushi in Yeovil, Somerset. π£β€οΈ
