We'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to all our amazing volunteers who help make the Pop Inn Café such a welcoming place this .

Whether they are serving freshly toasted teacakes, making hot beverages or simply offering a friendly smile and conversation, their kindness and dedication make a real difference to everyone who walks through our doors and we couldn't do it without them!

Learn the art of darning – and make your clothes last longer.

Join us on Tuesday 26 May, from 10.30am to midday at Yate Library for a free, hands-on workshop all about repairing and renewing your clothes.

Led by textile artist Peg Squires, you’ll learn easy, practical techniques to fix holes, strengthen worn areas, and make your favourite items last longer - no experience needed!

Part of Summer of Socks, this friendly session is perfect for ages 8 and up. Save money, reduce waste, and pick up skills you’ll use again and again.
