🇪🇸 Plaza de España, Sevilla ❤️

Built for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition, Plaza de España celebrates the history, culture and regions of Spain.

One of my favourite corners is the beautiful ceramic bench dedicated to Salamanca, the city where I was born.

After 34 years living in Wales, coming back to places like this reminds me how fortunate I am to belong to two wonderful countries.

Home is a funny thing. Sometimes your heart belongs to more than one place. ❤️

It’s been a little while since I’ve shown my face on social media, so I thought I’d pop on and say hello 😊

With Father’s Day around the corner and my trip to Spain just days away, I wanted to share one of our Spanish gift hampers packed with authentic Spanish flavours.

Back home after teaching my Spanish class… it’s 9:30pm, pyjamas on, and I still want something delicious 😄

So here it is… a quick dinner using leftovers:
flatbread, pisto, Spanish omelette from yesterday and a little turkey bacon ✨

Warmed the flatbread in the pan with my alioli (game changer 👌) and dinner ready in 5 minutes 💃

Simple, comforting, and full of flavour ❤️
