Meet Tori! 👋

Tori has been part of The Falcon team since 2022 and has become one of the friendly faces you'll often see looking after our guests. Always smiling and full of positive energy, she loves meeting new people and making everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

When she's not at work, you'll usually find Tori enjoying her biggest passion – equestrian. She loves spending time with her favourite horses, Snippy and Dave, and making the most of the outdoors. 🐎

Last week we welcomed Kitti for her very first steak.

You’ll probably recognise her from behind the bar at Maxi Lounge, but despite serving our brilliant burgers in yate for us she’d somehow never eaten a steak before!

I did warn her beforehand that she was setting the bar very high… and that every steak after this might be a disappointment.

One thing that always surprises people is that it’s not just children who get their name on our My First Steak wall. The oldest customer we’ve welcomed for their first ever steak was actually in her 60s.

So if, for whatever reason, you’ve never had a steak, don’t be embarrassed. Come and see us.

If you’re going to have your first steak, you might as well make it a fantastic one.
