Im really sorry if anyone missed out on lunch today.
This was not any of my staffs fault.
My hospital appointment ran way over the time, this made me late back, disrupting our lunch service.
A massive thanks to our Jess and Lois for holding the the fort on food while I got back.
You both did an amazing job.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused to any of our customers today
