Last night, our Graduates learners in Bali stepped up to the plate. They explored vibrant local ingredients and crafted authentic Balinese dishes. It was a fantastic opportunity to blend hands-on culinary skills with deep cultural immersion.

Art Studio Visit: Sparked our creativity with local Balinese craftsmanship.
Coffee & Tea Plantation: Tasted world-class brews and studied regional flavor profiles.
Rice Fields Tour: Walked the iconic terraces to see where agricultural traditions begin.
Such a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and bring global inspiration back to our kitchens!

Yesterday we hosted an incredible online culinary careers session with Springboard U.K., connecting aspiring learners directly with hospitality industry leaders.Our learners gained exclusive insights into the passion, dedication, and diverse career paths that drive the culinary world. A huge thank you to all our guest speakers, including Deepak Mallya, Head Chef at The Ritz London, for sharing his inspiring journey and invaluable advice on succeeding in hospitality.

Big shoutout to Andy from The Burnt Chef Project for joining our hospitality learners today! 👨‍🍳🔥
It was an incredibly powerful session focused on mental health within our industry. Andy shared vital insights on how to spot the signs when you or a member of your team might be struggling, and more importantly, how to access the right support.
In an industry as fast-paced as ours, looking out for one another is just as important as the service we provide. Thank you, Andy, for helping us break the stigma and start these essential conversations 👏
