God what a scorcher!

We hope you’re all coping as well as can be with the heat, but if you’re struggling it’s the perfect excuse to get down to the pub! We are FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout the building, guaranteed satisfaction with a nice break from the heat.

On top of this cheese night will still go ahead (again thanks to the wonderful aircon) with a start time of around 6:30 as we will bring platters down as soon as they’re prepared to avoid them melting in our accommodation.

Get yourselves down for a nice pint and get rewarded with cheese and air con for braving the journey 🍻❄️🧀

Extra special treat for cheese night 🧀

As normal our cheese night will commence at 7pm, joining us at 9:30 however is a spin-off group of the Worcester male voice choir! The group will be performing sea shanties in full costume ahead of their performance in Weston this weekend!

We hope as many of you can join us as possible for this fantastic evening 🍻

Lovely group of guys and a very talented bunch!

The guys will be hosting a raffle tonight at 6:30pm in support of Alzheimer’s research, any support will be greatly appreciated 🍻

Just a reminder guys, this Saturday we will be showing the football alongside a licence extension till 2am should there be any hiccups! 🍻⚽️

We will have a full bar of 4 ciders and 4 ales as well as plenty of bottled goodies

And if that’s still not enough for you we’ll have our ice cold aircon on full blast to provide a welcome contrast to the heat outside ❄️

Late night addition for you lot right before kick off! ⚽️

Here’s a beer I’d imagine you’ve not seen before, I hadn’t either until fellow BCA landlord and proper northerner introduced it to me last year.

The easiest way to describe this is the Golden glow of the north, but it’s much more than that at 4.7% and a silky smooth taste you could quite easily drink this all night 🍻

I know it’s not a mallinsons or a Salopian, but I would implore you to give this beer a go, i guarantee you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Just a reminder that tonight England will be on all of our tv’s!

Our quiz will be going ahead as usual but finish early to allow you all to enjoy the game

On top of this we have our aircon working overtime to keep the bar nice and cool, allowing you to enjoy the both the sunshine but also escape it when it gets too much 🍻
