✨ A little staff recognition goes a long way! ✨
Recognition is motivation, and who doesn’t love a little gratitude to give their wellbeing a boost? 💛
I’m incredibly lucky to work alongside people who all bring something different to Pine Court, so I wanted to take a moment to give my team some well-deserved recognition.
💛 Laura
Laura is genuinely my right hand at Pine Court.
She brings consistency, calmness and a real care for our residents, and she’s someone I know I can always rely on. Whether it’s helping residents, keeping things organised, dealing with the unexpected or just quietly making sure everything gets done, Laura plays such a huge part in keeping Pine Court running smoothly.
She knows our residents so well, she cares about getting things right, and I never have to question whether something will be dealt with if Laura has picked it up.
She’s also usually the person bringing me back down to earth when I’ve got 47 things happening at once… and deserves recognition purely for how often she hears, “Laura, I’ve had an idea…” 😂
Thank you for always having my back, supporting our residents and being such a steady, dependable part of Pine Court. You are very much appreciated. 💛
💜 Louise
Louise brings so much personality, creativity and energy to Pine Court.
She has such a natural way of getting residents involved, making things feel special and turning an ordinary event into something people genuinely look forward to. So much of the colour, warmth and community feel around Pine Court has Louise’s touch on it.
If there’s an event, decoration, activity or slightly chaotic idea happening, Louise is usually somewhere in the middle of it 😂
Thank you for the ideas, laughter and effort you put into making Pine Court feel like a community, not just somewhere people live, and for the energy, creativity and personality you bring to Pine Court every day. 💜
💚 Sharron
Sharron does far more than simply cook meals -although keeping everyone fed does already make her one of the most important people in the building 😂
Food brings people together, and Sharron plays such an important role in creating that social side of Pine Court. Seeing residents sitting together, chatting, laughing, and enjoying a meal is a lovely part of scheme life, and much of that is down to the care and effort she puts into the restaurant.
She also gets roped into our themed events, special lunches and random ideas remarkably often… sometimes with very little warning 😅
Thank you for the lovely meals, the effort you put in, for going along with our ideas and for always helping us make our events feel that little bit more special. 💚🍽️
🩷 Diana
Diana is one of those people who quietly gets things done, but the difference she makes is massive.
Keeping a busy scheme clean, comfortable and welcoming takes a lot of work, and it’s one of those jobs people can easily take for granted. Residents notice when their home feels looked after, visitors notice when the scheme looks good, and staff definitely notice too.
Diana’s hard work behind the scenes helps keep Pine Court looking and feeling like somewhere we can all be proud of.
Thank you for your reliability, hard work, and everything you do every day, even if you don’t always get the credit you deserve. 🩷🌟
Every role at Pine Court is different, but every single one contributes to the same thing - making our residents feel safe, valued, included and at home.
So this is just a little reminder to my team:
I see what you do, I appreciate what you do, and Pine Court genuinely wouldn’t be Pine Court without you. 💛✨
