As I work from a domestic kitchen with gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, sesame, sulphites and nuts present I cann

ot offer allergen free cakes. Milk and other dairy products, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts (and products containing peanuts and peanut oil), tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios and macadamia ) coconut, wheat, gluten and fish, shellfish, sesame and chemicals such as sulphur dioxide and sulphites and mustard

All set up at Bilston Market today, all my stock is out, sold out by 2pm last week so get down early...so glad it's a bit cooler now....see.you soon...

Well thank goodness it's going to be a bit cooler tomorrow...hopefully...

I'll be set up at Bilston Market, stall 2 from about 8am til 3pm or sell out which I did last week about 2pm...so get down early...

Amongst all the other goodies I have these delicious Blueberry and Strawberry Cheesecakes....made even more tasty by my homemade Blueberry and Strawberry Compote...

Good Morning everyone..how unbearable was the heat yesterday 🥵 🔥...honestly it can do one now...

Not sure I have the right to complain after seeing the awful news about everyone affected by the fires in Stourbridge, so close to home. We live opposite a Fire Sevice worker and can only thank them for everything they do.

It's awful to think people have lost their homes and here I am thanking people for buying cake. My thoughts are with them all though.

I will be at Bilston tomorrow,thankfully slightly cooler. Wanted to apologise if my bakes weren't upto my usual presentable standard or taste wise, baking and heat do not really go....

I will have the Strawberry Cheesecake and decided to do the Blueberry Cheesecake tomorrow..8 of each so be quick...!

What on earth is this & 31° on Weds,come on now...my busiest day before the market and market day...help me!

I will be at Bilston on Thursday but suggest you come buy your bakes early and get them home to the fridge...normally there til 3pm however,depending on how my bakes (and me) hold up I may be gone earlier...

Will have all the usual bakes plus my introductory cheesecake flavour this week is Strawberry 🍓
I hope you all enjoyed the Lemon flavour last week...

I hate to let people down and genuinely love the market so was gutted to miss it yesterday but family comes first...

I'll be back this Saturday though in stall 2 with lots of goodies for you so please pop and see me....

Also......next week I'll be having a new product launch!!
