All of our food is lovingly prepared and made fresh on the spot with high quality fresh ingredients in our kitchen at home. For the lunch or dinner service our tiffin's are made from scratch and comprise of 4 freshly cooked roti's (chapatis), dahl, sabji and dahi (curd) and a salad all for just £5 - £7 per tiffin. Apart from the daily lunch and dinner tiffin's we also cater for small events and sp
ecial occasions. Furthermore, we also prepare standalone Indian dishes. See below for an example of standalone dishes freshly prepared. As these dishes are made form scratch with nothing frozen, we would require 24 hours notice for the standalone dishes ( This would be a minimum of three of the same standalone dish) and at least a weeks notice for any small events or special occasions. Please note these are not the typical "curries" you would get elsewhere. We believe in quality ingredients freshly made dishes from scratch. The dishes are all traditional and authentic. We use cold pressed organic olive oil and homemade Ghee (clarified butter) for our frying, Himalayan Pink Salt as part of the seasoning and either multigrain or wholemeal grain flour for our breads and baking. Nothing frozen and no artificial colourings or preservatives. This is the absolute true taste of India. As well as savoury, we also offer homemade mouthwatering desserts. So whether you like laddu's or burfi (several traditional variations on both like besan or alsi), kheer (rice pudding), rasmali, halawa (from besan to gajar (carrot)) or eggless cakes, we're sure there is a sweet dish to compliment your main course. Again, as prepared from scratch, we would need 24 hours notice to prepare your sweet. Please advise us of any allergens prior to ordering. Various paneer (indian cheese) dishes (chilli paneer, muttar paneer, shahi paneer, kadhai paneer, palek paneer and paneer burji). Dahls (red masor, urad chana, moong, makhani). Vegetable Biryani ( An aromatic dish cooked with Basmati rice mixed with various vegetables, paneer, cashew nuts, cardamoms, herbs and spices. Channa (chickpea traditional curry). Curry Pakora (traditional curd dish with pakora). Idli Sambar (lentil and rice batter cooked in a steamer served with sambar and coconut chutney. Check our containers once you have removed the food and you will see we have the absolute minimal oil residue and not the usual thick oily residue left like most takeouts.
