Yesterday was not the ideal day to be baking, but the counter needed filling so both ovens were on 🥵🙄
Rhubarb and orange cake, chocolate brownies, apple and blueberry crumble cake, and a fresh batch of oatmeal and raisin cookies.

It's friday! And yes I'm late posting, I've been busy making sure there's cake for this evening's installment of Midlands Fringe. Doors open at 3:30.

The Fringe Festival starts here this Friday!!
Doors open at 3:30 with the first show starting at 4pm.
Yes we will be serving food and of course there will be a counter full of delicious cake.
