Black Lion Wolsingham Enjoy a pint, by yourself, with friends or come & make friends. Food Monday to Wednesday & Saturdays we have pizzas from our wood fired pizza oven.

We pride ourselves on first class ales & wines, lots of no alcohol drinks as well as grown-up pop! We have an ever changing selection of real ales as well as our house ale "Old Herbert" produced for us by High House Farm Brewery. If ale is not your thing, we have a great selection of gins and an ever growing wine list. Enjoy your drinks with light bites from our menu, by the fire, in the garden or our new garden room.

Help us raise more funds for Weardale Pool!
We have our tiny quarter shop where you can buy bags of old fashioned sweets by 100g. All the profits go to help the pool's restoration. Sweets available this week are treacle toffee, cola cubes and rhubarb & custard. Why not pop in and pick up a bag.
