It was just another buying trip to the NEC Spring & Autumn Fair until suddenly…I bumped into Jeff Banks CBE - iconic British designer, brilliant businessman, and yes, a national treasure. He exudes proper old school elegance, rare to see these days 👔 (especially in the NEC 🫤) We met briefly many years ago when I worked in fashion. Since then he has gained a whole new fanbase with his eloquent, common-sense commentary of current affairs 🇬🇧 Such a lovely chat this afternoon about the fashion industry, retail, politics and the state of our dear nation 🇬🇧 Jeff, please cycle over for coffee and cake at Nest soon!

One of our most significant pieces of art has been collected by one of our favourite Nest customers Pippa Jane Vaughan 💜 This painting of Poole Harbour was discovered hidden under a different painting by Arthur Croft Mitchell.
