So last night we provided cocktail jelly shots for for the national restaurant awards.
The brief was simple, make them taste like the cocktails and loose no alcohol. This was definitely achieved as we burnt off no alcohol to make them.
Simple but classy.

Ok I did a thing!!!!
Here is the new premium sausage roll.
It is the love child of our sausage roll and our Smokey “O” burger.
Garlic and smoked paprika sausage meat, mustard pickled onions. Then the pastry is split so we can load it with bacon jam. Finished with aioli and crispy shallots!!
Grab one whilst you can.

Now that Fairoaks Airport has been upgraded to a full international airport with commercial airliners now able told we have built ourselves a new viewing platform.

We like a bit of hot sauce at our Cafe and think we offer some of the best out there. It’s not all about super heat it’s about the flavour forward hot sauces and these are two of the best producers out there. and we will also be adding soon some of Tubby toms breakfast sauce “chipotle chup and morning glory” watch this space and come try out the sauces with your breakfast or lunch

What a year it has been!!
Crazy to think that 9 months ago our trailer was out the back and 8 months ago we opened the doors to the all new cafe “Owen’s @ Fairoaks”
We may have spent a lot of time, money and effort getting the cafe to where it is now. But we think it has been worth it. We hope you all agree??!!
Keep an eye out for new changes and additions for 2026. Here’s to what we hope will be a great year ahead.
We couldn’t do this without the support of all our customers new and old.

Today Santa Clause landed at Fairoaks.
We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that attended our first ever Santa’s Grotto. Everyone seemed to love the fact he came in via a plane in front of them. Not something many places could offer.
We would like to thank for the assist with one of their planes and for the movie snow and snow machine.
We hope that next year we will be able to step it up with som tweeks and to be able to do it over a few days or even a week to make it more available to more children.
