Ahead of the england game tonight, we thought it would be fitting to batter a hot dog 🌭

and this didn’t disappoint. It smelt unreal!!!

cheese, sausage, mayo, ketchup and crispy onions in a roll, battered 🫣

This is not new to our Menu, but we have had sooo many comments on battered Mars bars and these are already on the menu 🤤

I wonder what we will be battering this week 🤔

Incase you missed it, pea and mint fritters are on the menu 🫛🫛 and have proven to be pretty popular already. A great addition to your Cod and Chips 🤤

Sunday 14th June

And Relax, a day to rest. Some weeks are just naturally harder and this week, I've really pushed through.
It's been a tough one, for no reason at all. We've all kind of felt it a little. Not sure why. But we've smashed it non the less💪

It's been great to welcome so many new customers in the takeaway and restaurant this week ❤️ and so many new followers too 😀

Your comments, likes, shares and follows really does mean the world to us, and I'm glad so many of you are enjoying The JF Batter Series!!! We've had some great suggestions 🤣

Alain and the team at N.V.Gagen&Son - Gorefield dropped off some supplies this morning. After watching our batter series, they bought us a selection of goodies to batter.

Fresh cream horns and sausage rolls!

Who were we to refuse? Into the batter they went.

Battered sausage rolls may just be my new favorite.(although not on the menu)
