What a night! Thanks so much to Matthews Benjamin, despite the game being cancelled due to weather, we all met up at The Elleray.
Much fun was had, with auction bids from customers, staff & both teams. With the raffle as well, a grand sum of 4 figures was raised, marvellous effort 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
It was also great to see so many non playing (not senior!) Taverners there supporting.
We absolutely have to mention the luscious lasagne that Caz & the team provided, which may even have raised yet more funds thanks to Ollie, hence the picture. I’m sure you were wondering!!!
Looking forward to another great fixture against Burneside Socials next Wednesday.

For the safety of our customers and staff, The Elleray will not be reopening tomorrow.

We will review the situation in 2 weeks and make a decision then as to whether we reopen or continue to remain closed due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic.
