Ladies and gents let me introduce to our chefs.
On the right is Simon aka Sybil he was our chef at the Barleycorn and I moved upto the Ship.
The chef on the left is Stuart he came to us last week, and if you think you are seeing double they are twins.
So now when you dine with us these guys will be preparing you food.
