One week until you’ll be able to get your gravy pour fix 🤤

SOUTH WEST SPECIALS SERIES 📍

First up in our supplier spotlight, it’s guys at Somerset Charcuterie

With over a decade of curing meats and a fair few Great Taste awards under their belts, these guys work directly with farmers to source quality, free-range meat. Simple curing, proper good produce and flavours that do the talking. Just how we like it.

Here’s how we’ve been putting their good stuff to work:

🍖 The Proper Coppa - Somerset coppa with a cloud of pecorino Romano on top.

🍊 Duck, Duck, Orange! - Our take on duck à l’orange, with cured Somerset duck, fresh orange, balsamic glaze and rocket.

Saddle up, folks! Our autumn menu has landed, and blimey have we got some treats for you.

Think pizzas loaded with beef brisket on a sweet, smoky BBQ base, our Pony pizza combining creamy mascarpone, Black Down ham and hot honey, and flamin’ hot tater tots loaded with guindillas. Plus, our homemade Baileys cheesecake that’ll have you weak at the knees (only sticking around ’til Jan, so don’t hang about!).

Ahoy ⚓️ Who’s joining us this weekend for Falmouth’s International Sea Shanty Festival?

We’ll be hosting live shanty bands throughout the weekend, so gather your crew, pull up a pew and soak up the atmosphere. Our outdoor bar will open for cold c***r and b**r, while pizza will be coming hot out of the oven to fuel you up for a weekend of foot-stomping shanty fun 🍻
