Very chocolatey birthday cake. For when you want something special but not too elaborate but still very yummy.
8" Chocolate sponge filled with raspberry jam, chocolate buttercream and covered in a rich chocolate ganache, and piped with chocolate butter cream and sprinkled with chocolate flake.
